A Low-Cal Version of the Boxing Day Staple
As night follows day, the turkey & stuffing sandwich follows Christmas dinner - and what a glorious thing it is. But, for those looking to avoid carbs and excess calories, maybe even looking to get ahead on the January diet, this can be quite the calorific Boxing Day lunch.
So, why not try making your sandwich as a Lo-Dough wrap? Not one iota of flavour is compromised and you can be incredibly generous with the filling and still not hit 300 calories.
It's also reduced carb (wanna make it keto-friendly? Lose the cranberry sauce and up the mayo) and high in fibre which is great for your gut health!
Ingredients
- 1 piece of
Lo-Dough - 70g of sliced turkey breast

1 serving of
Lo-Dough Christmas Stuffing (approx two tablespoons) - 20g of mixed salad
- 15g cranberry sauce
- 15g of low-fat mayonnaise
